Snake Athletic Terms & Conditions Of Membership Based On Category

At no point does Snake Athletic lock any individual member into a term contract and no exit fee will be added to your last payment. We do ask that a 7 day grace period is allowed to ensure all final payments for your membership. If any individual member would like to freeze their membership it can be done so if it falls in the below category:

Individual Membership

Pre-Covid Rate – at no stage can your membership be put on hold, if you wish to cancel then renew your membership this can be done however your new rate will fall under the standard rate.

Standard Rate – any member is allowed a two week freeze period in a 12 month calendar, if you wish to cancel and renew your membership this can be done however your 2 week window will reopen after the conclusion of the first 12 month membership.

Bonus Rate – can take unlimited time off from the gym and can cancel and renew at any given stage.

Couples Membership

Pre-Covid Rate – at no stage can your membership be put on hold, if you wish to cancel then renew your membership this can be done however your new rate will fall under the standard rate.

Standard Rate – any couple is allowed a two week freeze period in a 12 month calendar, if you wish to cancel and renew your membership this can be done however your 2 week window will reopen after the conclusion of the first 12 month membership. Snake Athletic will work case by case with any couple with special leave (eg. marriage, childbirth).

Bonus Rate – can take unlimited time off from the gym and can cancel and renew at any given stage.

Under 18 Membership

Pre-Covid Rate – at no stage can your membership be put on hold, if you wish to cancel then renew your membership this can be done however your new rate will fall under the standard rate.

Standard Rate – any member is allowed a two week freeze period in a 12 month calendar, if you wish to cancel and renew your membership this can be done however your 2 week window will reopen after the conclusion of the first 12 month membership.

Bonus Rate – can take unlimited time off from the gym and can cancel and renew at any given stage.

No Show Fee For All Members

 Snake Athletic will charge a no show fee of $10 for any member who books and does not partake in the session. As we are limited to how many spots can be booked at this time we ask you to give us 12 hours notice (where possible) if you cannot partake in the class you have booked. This will allow sufficient time to re-book your spot.
