The Snake Youth Academy is a 10 week program targeting highly motivated young people aged between 12 & 18. Our mission with the SYA is to coach our young people on how to train safely and effectively with their goals in mind and
educate them on nutrition, recovery and mindset to help create healthy habits and give them the best chance of success in their chosen field
