If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email email@example.com with the reason being. If a legitimate reason for a refund is provided, the item/s will need to be returned to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Changed Your Mind?
Unfortunately, we do not do refunds for change of mind purchases.
Wrong Items Received or Faulty Item
Whoops! Sorry about that, but hey we all make mistakes. In keeping with our terms and conditions we ask that you notify us as soon as possible, as you have 7 days after receiving the order to lodge this problem.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were in when received by you. If a product arrives faulty do not open or use it and notify us of the problem as soon as possible.
All returns need to be dropped into Snake Athletic.
All online purchases can be picked up physically at Snake Athletic. As we group order no individual shipping costs will be added to your purchases.
Orders are processed Wednesday and can be picked up 7 days later from initial purchase.
Tracking for Results
No individual tracking for orders.
We currently do not ship overseas.
